1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Fixed in Minutes LLC ("Fixed in Minutes," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website at https://fixinmin.com, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Services Description

Fixed in Minutes provides mobile automotive repair and maintenance services in the greater Atlanta metropolitan area, including but not limited to Atlanta, Alpharetta, Norcross, and Duluth, Georgia. Our services include engine repair, oil changes, brake service, battery replacement, flat tire assistance, coolant and overheating repairs, starter and alternator replacement, and check engine light diagnostics.

All services are performed at the customer's location (home, office, or roadside). Service availability is subject to technician availability, geographic coverage, and vehicle accessibility.

3. Service Requests and Appointments

Submitting a service request form does not guarantee an appointment. We will contact you to confirm availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion. Estimated arrival times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, prior job duration, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are estimates until a technician has diagnosed the vehicle on-site. Final pricing will be presented to the customer for approval before any repair work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of service.

Fixed in Minutes is not responsible for any additional repairs or costs arising from pre-existing conditions discovered during the service visit that were not part of the original service request.

5. Warranty

Fixed in Minutes provides a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor for most repairs, whichever comes first, unless otherwise stated in writing. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and manufacturer-defective parts installed by our technicians. The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect after service
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by other repair facilities
  • Parts supplied by the customer
  • Consumable items (filters, fluids, wiper blades) unless defective at time of installation

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate vehicle information, a safe and accessible work location, and to be present or have an authorized representative present during the service. You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is in a condition that allows safe access for our technicians. Fixed in Minutes is not liable for any damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

7. Automated Text Message Communications (SMS Consent)

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our service request form, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Fixed in Minutes LLC at the mobile number provided. These messages may include:

  • Service request confirmations
  • Appointment reminders and scheduling updates
  • Technician assignment notifications
  • Job status updates (en route, arrived, in progress, complete)
  • Receipt and invoice delivery
  • Signature requests
  • Promotional offers and service reminders (if opted in)

Consent to receive automated text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services. Opting out will not affect your ability to receive services from Fixed in Minutes.

8. Digital Signatures

By signing any document through our platform (service request, estimate, invoice, or receipt), you agree that your electronic signature is legally binding and equivalent to a handwritten signature. Digital signatures are captured with a timestamp, IP address, device fingerprint, and GPS location for verification purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fixed in Minutes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our Services or any repair work performed. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fixed in Minutes and its officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
